Controlled Temperature Distribution Centres

Clark Door has numerous Coldstore and Chill Distribution centre customers with planned maintenance contracts.  One such customer is a large supermarket chain distribution centre and has had maintenance in place with a tailored contract with Clark Door for over 10 years to carry out planned maintenance on all the Clark Door and other manufacturers’ Coldstore doors on site. A bespoke Service Level Agreement has been put in place for callouts guaranteeing on site response times under 24hours from logging a call.

Customer Focused

Administration is based in our Carlisle Headquarters with a team handling scheduling, service sales, technical and customer escalation. In addition we have the full backup and support from our Sales, Project Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation Divisions also based in Carlisle.

One existing Coldstore Customer recently commented:  "I like the fact that Clark Door respond in the time they say they can.
