It is unfair to single out one maintenance customer as each one has their own specific requirements but here is a typical example in the Material Handling Sector (references available upon request).   Clark Door carries out planned maintenance for a large industrial process company who operate 24x7 and therefore require round the clock operation capability. Clark Door maintains a range of door types and other manufacturers’ onsite; in addition we also carry out reactive callouts for the site.

The Site Maintenance Manager understands the importance of regular planned maintenance, since taking out a contract in early 2006 the site have seen the number of repairs required between or after maintenance visits reduce dramatically thereby making a significant cost saving.

Clark Door Service always take the long term view: in terms of value for money we have worked with the customer to replace some of the doors that were beyond economic repair.
