COLDSTORE AND FOOD PROCESSING PRODUCT RANGE
From our first appearance in the UK market in the early 1970's, the name of Clark Door Limited has been synonymous with the best in coldstorage and food processing plant design. We can provide solutions to the most demanding of applications and take pride in the quantity and quality of high profile projects that we have completed for some of the countries leading coldstore operators. We can build temperature control into any of our leaf configurations i.e. hinged, vertical sliding, horizontal sliding, folding etc. We offer high speed operation at up to 1.5m/s and can incorporate up to 120minutes fire resistance with insulation. This can also be offered with high levels of acoustic performance if necessary. All of our normal special finishes, sizes and control options are available with this range, although our normal finish for these applications would be either stainless steel or food safe stelvetite. Our fire resistant *Food Processing* doorsets are available in your choice of finish, in manual, as shown here, or automatic drive configurations. Uninsulated we offer up to 240minutes fire resistance in terms of stability and integrity, however insulated versions are available at up to 120minutes fire resistance.
	All applications can be catered for, this stainless steel *Food Processing* plant sliding door has been provided with a special cut out to accomodate a meat rail conveyor system for the automated handling of carcasses. We can also provide these doors with fire resistance certification.
This is a typical Blast Freezer application *Coldstorage* solution. The client had no side or head room for a conventional sliding door so our innovative solution based on a sectional type door but with heated panel perimeters provided the ideal answer.
	Our *Coldstorage* specification vertical sliding doors are particularly useful for plant where chill loading bays have been dispensed with and outloading from the freezer directly to the loading pod is required. There were thirty vertical doors of this type on this site with all steel construction and low temperature control all operating inside the -30degC, (-22degF), store.
Our bi-parting *Coldstorage* door is widely utilised within the frozen goods distribution industry. This example is both all steel and fire rated to maintain the integrity of the compartment for up to two hours.
	Our *Coldstorage* specification hinged fire resistant doors are avaiable for temperatures down as low as -40degrees centigrade with fire resistance performances of up to four hours.
