FIRE RESISTANT PRODUCT RANGE
Whatever your compartmentalisation needs we can provide the answer from our ranges of standard and hybrid fire resistant designs.
These doors are available in all leaf formats i.e. hinged, sliding, folding etc and feature various core materials and thicknesses to provide the levels of integrity, stability and insulation that are required. All of our normal special finishes, sizes and control options are available with this range and the sliding doors can be provided with our CDC digital controller allowing operating speeds of up to 1.5m/s.
All of the fire resistant products that we offer come with appropriate third party certification. We have over thirty separate assessments and fire tests on our products and can provide our doors with LPCB certification.
Please find below some photographs of a small number of the Industrial specification doors that we have provided.
	This 16metre wide by 10metre high 300mm thick sliding door, not only features an acoustic rating of Rw52dB but also a 60minute fire resistance rating.
If you only require fire resistance then our *Fireman* uninsulated door will provide up to 240minutes resistance in terms of integrity and stability. Pictured here is a 10metre by 10metre 100mm thick *Fireman* door, built in sections and assembled on site.
	This dramatic photograph shows our *Fireman* door as it holds firm during the fire test where it achieved greater than 240minutes resistance.
We don't only provide sliding fire resistant doors, we also offer our specialist range of stainless steel fire resistant shutters. Available with fire resistances of up to 240minutes. Pictured here is a typical application, a stainless steel shutter which would close in the event of fire, back to back with a normal operation fast acting *Rapide* door.
