The Rapide range of fast acting rolling doors are accepted within the industry as the most robust and highest specification. We offer our clients limitless options from colour of cladding, materials of construction i.e. stainless steels, fabric colours, vision panels or any control system you can think of. We offer these doors with special modifications to ensure that they are suitable for use in either Zone 1 or Zone 2 classified Hazardous environments. We utilise the concept of Intrinsic safety for all control equipment and combine this with a flameproof induction motor with brake for powering the door. We also offer our range of Sliding doors with similar controls. Intrinsically safe control and detection systems with flameproof power transmission gear. Where you have a need for hazardous area compatability in a freezer environment then our Coldstorage doors can be provided with trace heating systems suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 application.
