SERVICE CAPABILITY

To ensure that your doors are maintained in good working order we have an extensive network of Service Engineers throught the UK. In total we have ten Service Engineers and ten Installation Engineers, both sets of engineers able to transfer their skills between Installation and Servicing when the need arises.

These engineers are strategically located to provide the fastest possible response time to all of our customers. If you have a breakdown then we can be there with our Service vehicle which holds up to Ł5000 worth of stock and achieve a first time fix.

We are always looking to expand our servicing capability, if you are a highly motivated individual with an electrical background and strong mechanical skills then we may have the position for you. We carry a full range of spares for doors of our own manufacture and for most other types of Coldstorage doors. Our engineers are trained in the operation and maintenance of most alternative Coldstore door manufacturers control gear and are able to bring the Clark Door expertise to the repairs, maintenance and seal adjustment of all of your doors.

As we design and manufacture at our Carlisle facility we always have an extensive stockholding of spare parts. We can deliver almost any component part to most areas of the UK for next day delivery, so your downtime will be minimal.

A number of our customers chose to hold a range of spares for the doors where an instant fix is called for, you will find our spares pricing extremely competitive, particularly when considering stocking your own maintenance department.
