Looking after the health and welfare of our employees remains a top priority. When the UK government eased restrictions in the workplace in summer, Clark Door requested employees kept up mask wearing and maintained social distancing throughout the factory and offices.<\/p>\n
Be assured we will continue to maintain the highest standards possible; the senior management team are committed to auditing our staff and processes and we expect the same high standards from our key suppliers\/supply chain with whom we are in regular contact.<\/p>\n
As one of the first companies in the North West to introduce regular Lateral Flow Device testing, we have continued this throughout the year. We have ramped up our testing frequency for the staff who cannot work from home. \u00a0This is kept under regular review and we can adapt to guidance\/rules as required. We have also encouraged all of our employees to gain full vaccination and booster jabs.<\/p>\n
For our customers this means every step has been taken to maintain our capacity with contingency planning in place to minimise any disruption for our customer deliveries. Many of our customers are placing early orders in order to help us with our planning in this regard.<\/p>\n
