As much of the world goes into lockdown with Covid-19, we would like you to know that Clark Door is open for business and committed to continue to provide the high level of service you\u2019ve come to expect from our company.<\/p>\n
Due to the nature of our work which includes the provision and servicing of specialist doors to the food, nuclear, military and security industries, Clark Door is deemed to be an essential supplier.<\/p>\n
As a family owned business, the health and wellbeing of our team is of paramount importance to us. Our factory remains open and we have taken all necessary actions to protect our people by following government guideline and also putting into place some measures of our own.<\/p>\n
Our Service Department is continuing to support our customers with PPM, Service and Emergency Call Out. Our engineers have reorganized how they work to allow for proper social distancing to ensure the safety of our customers and themselves. I would like to thank those customers who have given praise to our engineers having seen them using these new safe working methods.<\/p>\n
Working in over 42 countries, we have already adapted our business to meet the needs of our clients and frequently use Webex\/Blue Jeans and other virtual platforms for our ongoing project\/design meetings- please be assured CDL teams will continue to support the needs of our customers.<\/p>\n
Finally,\u00a0I would like to thank our suppliers who have adapted to carry on providing key materials, enabling us to continue new door manufacture.<\/p>\n
