All our service engineers’ vehicles are fitted with the latest GPS tracking devices which can be accessed locally and remotely. This allows us to decide quickly who is nearest to any given call out request and provide the customer with a realistic estimated time of arrival.

Our service engineers’ vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of parts as well as the tools required to ensure we provide industry best first time fix rates.

All our maintenance and repairs are carried out by skilled engineers, i.e. OEM factory trained. All electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians, in compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations, 1989.

We recommend a minimum of 2 service visits per annum for most of our specialist and industrial doors.
