All our service engineers’ vehicles are fitted with the latest GPS tracking devices which can be accessed locally and remotely. This allows us to decide quickly who is nearest to any given call out request and provide the customer with a realistic estimated time of arrival.

Our service engineer’s vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of parts as well as the tools required to ensure we provide industry best first time fix rates.

Planned Preventative Maintenance ( PPM ) keeps you compliant.

Taking out a PPM contract with Clark Door to service your doors will ensure that you comply with:

  • Workplace Regulations (Health, Safety and Welfare), 1992
  • Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER), 1998
  • Door & Hardware Federation (DHF) Technical Standard DHF TS012:2018

All our maintenance and repairs are carried out by skilled engineers, i.e. OEM factory trained. All electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians, in compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations, 1998.

We recommend a minimum of 2 service visits per annum for most of our specialist and industrial doors.

Spares

As we manufacture our own doors at our UK factory, we can provide most spare parts off the shelf.

If it is for an older door we can manufacture spares to the original design.

N.B. USA Cold storage spare parts are not available for the USA market.
