Clark Steelman® Steel Hinged Acoustic Doors
Clark Door manufactures an extremely wide variety of steel hinged doors to suit nearly every requirement, with a wide variety of door furniture and locking systems.
Our acoustic doors provide exceptional soundproofing, with solutions ranging up to Rw 57dB for maximum attenuation, Rw 50dB for high performance, and Rw 40dB for medium sound reduction, all available with various fire ratings.
Acoustic Steel hinged doors are usually fitted into the opening, meaning that the door frame reduces the opening size by a small amount. They require space in the building in the direction of swing but offer a cost effective option to main doorway access requirements.
The standard finish consists of a factory applied polyester powder coat paint, in your choice of RAL colours; eliminating the time and labour of in-field priming and painting. Powder coating creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. A marine paint spec is also available on request, E.G for coastal locations.
In addition to fire and acoustic rated Steel Hinged doors, Clark Door now offers EMI/RFI Shielding to exacting customer requirements. Clark Door has provided doors with shielding from potential electromagnetic (EMI), and radio frequency (RFI), interference to protect assets, personnel, and the environment on varied applications including high voltage electrical substations, transmission buildings, as well as EMC chambers.
