Clark Door Limited has been manufacturing certified Fire Doors from its Carlisle base for over 25 years.  The company is listed in both volumes 1 & 2 of the highly referenced Loss Prevention Certification Board Red Book with its quality system independently assessed by the LPCB to ISO9001:2008 for the manufacture and installation of industrial doors, industrial rolling shutters, fire doors and fire rolling shutters.

We offer a wide variety of horizontal and vertical sliding doors, single leaf hinged, double leaf hinged and fire roller shutters to a fire integrity of 4 hour rating.

Design Flexibility with Confidence

Clark Door Limited is approved to meet the LPCB standard of LPS 1271 for the installation of fire doors under certificate number 106B.  This standard was developed to ensure that the product performance is not compromised by poor installation of the fire door or shutter. 

Clark Fire Doors are used in a wide variety of storage and protection situations.  Our combined expertise enables us to design and manufacture bespoke fire-certified doors in addition to the acoustic or temperature control properties of the door.  As you can see from our random selection of customers on the right our applications are extremely varied from prestigious projects such as Art Galleries to most of the UK’s major supermarket Coldstorage Distribution facilities.

As the UK’s leading specialist fire door manufacturer we are able to offer custom designs to suit a wide range of applications and in conjunction with Clark Door’s Acoustic and Controlled Temperature divisions we design and manufacture many types of bespoke fire certified doors accredited to BS 476 Part 22 and other European and International standards.  We have significant experience of working with accredited fire assessment laboratories to provide special to contract certification for large sized doors that dimensionally cannot be furnace tested.  By adopting a fire engineering approach with qualified Fire Engineers Clark Door is able to offer an unrivalled service to architects and the construction industry.
