At Clark Door, we believe that supporting the wellbeing of our employees is just as important as the work we do. Recently, Clark Door supported Andy’s Man Club by hosting company-wide sessions, open to all staff – both on-site and online.
Andy’s Man Club is a vital charity movement that provides free peer-to-peer support groups. By helping to challenge the stigma around men’s mental health with over 190 clubs across the UK, their mission is simple but powerful: “It’s Okay to Talk.”

To ensure everyone could take part, we ran sessions both in person and online making them accessible to the entire team. Mental health impacts everyone, and we wanted to ensure every member of our team could benefit from Andy’s Man Club’s message of openness and support.
Clark Door supports Andy’s Man Club initiative to help create a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and understood. Conversations about mental health can save lives, and through these informative sessions we are breaking down barriers and encouraging open dialogue across our workforce.

We would like to give a sincere thank you to Chris and Martin for leading such open, engaging and impactful conversations. Their honesty and passion for breaking down barriers around mental health created a safe and meaningful space for our team, sparking important discussions that will continue long after the session.
Clark Door supports Andy’s Man Club as part of our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing ensuring that no one feels that they have to face challenges alone.
