Clark Door recently attended two fantastic events that enabled us to connect with the next generation of skilled engineers. These events provided a great opportunity for students and aspiring apprentices to learn more about the exciting career paths available at Clark Door.
Our team attended the Carlisle College Skills Fair, where we met enthusiastic students eager to explore careers in engineering and manufacturing. We showcased the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities available at Clark Door, from fabrication & welding to electrical-mechanical engineering and joinery. It was fantastic to see so many young people interested in hands-on, technical careers, and our current apprentices enjoyed answering their questions about life at Clark Door.
Following the Skills Fair, we took part in the Gen 2 Apprentice Open Day, where we had the chance to meet even more future apprentices. Attendees learned about our structured training programs, the real-world projects they could be involved in, and the long-term career opportunities within our business.
We had a fantastic time at both events and were inspired by the passion and enthusiasm of those considering a career in manufacturing and engineering.
