Clark Door has taken on four talented apprentices to help us achieve our ambitious plans for growth, continuing to add new talent to our highly renowned apprenticeship scheme for another year.
Clark Door’s MD Andrew Ashley stated, “Despite the uncertainty in the world created by the Covid-19 Pandemic, we felt a moral obligation to give another intake of young people a chance to develop their careers and continue to build for long term growth. For our staff we are passionate about giving people a chance to progress. We had discussion about whether we could still train people effectively in a Covid secure environment and the answer was a unanimous yes! It has been a morale boost for our team to be able to recruit such hardworking individuals with a passion for learning more about engineering.”
People are the heart of our business and the training and development we provide is the best available. We can offer a challenging and rewarding career for people who want to work hard and be the best in the industry. Our apprenticeship scheme has been running for over 30 years, many of our senior managers and expert engineers started their careers with us in this way. Feedback from our longer serving employees is they like the environment, enjoy the variation in work and the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, many internationally.
We wish the new apprentices a long and successful career with Clark Door.
