The Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT) Theatre Show is just around the corner, and the Clark Door team are excited to announce that we’ll be attending the event once again.
Held at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London, a venue that proudly features an oversized acoustic hinged door manufactured by Clark Door, we look forward to showcasing our innovative products and expertise to a packed audience of industry professionals and enthusiasts.

Our stand at the ABTT Theatre Show 2024 was a hub of activity, with our team of experts on hand to answer questions and offer advice on how our doors meet the specific needs of performing arts environments. In addition to the buzz at our stand last year, we were delighted to showcase our door within the theatre to interested attendees and we are pleased to announce that we can offer the same tour this year on both event days at 1pm.
The ABTT Theatre Show 2025 is a must-attend event for anyone involved in the theatre and live events industry. Representing our UK team, we will have Richard Richardson-Derry (Head of Business Development), Jonny Marris (Sales Engineer) and Layla Marks (Marketing & Communications Officer). We are also excited to announce that Michael Conneely, our Regional Business Development Manager based in the Middle East, will be in attendance and presenting a session in the Great Hall on Wednesday 4th June at 11.45am. His session, “Exit Stage Left (Safely): Oversized Doors in Performing Arts Venues” will explore the critical role large-scale doors play in shaping the functionality and safety of world-class performance spaces.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into how oversized doors impact acoustics, fire containment, emergency egress, and backstage access. The session will also address design considerations, compliance challenges, and innovative solutions that ensure doors enhance, rather than compromise, the performance, safety, and operational needs of today’s most demanding venues.
The ABTT Theatre Show 2025 will take place on 4th and 5th June at Alexandra Palace, London. We look forward to seeing you there at stand G34.
